KemperSports announced Meredith Grier as catering, sales and events coordinator at The Crossings at Carlsbad, a premier golf destination located in scenic San Diego County approximately 30 minutes from downtown San Diego. Grier will be responsible for catering sales and events initiatives at the Southern California property.
Grier brings nearly a decade of experience in various event planning, hospitality and sales positions to The Crossings. Most recently, she served as private event manager for Morgan Run Club & Resort in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.
"Meredith's professional background and market knowledge will support The Crossings at Carlsbad's continued growth as a community asset and premium venue for golf, dining and special events," said KemperSports' Jeff Perry, general manager.
Grier, a native of Bakersfield, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from San Francisco State University. She currently resides in Vista, California.
Developed and owned by the city of Carlsbad and managed by KemperSports, The Crossings at Carlsbad features an 18-hole, Greg Nash-designed golf course that debuted in August 2007.
