KemperSports adds marketing veteran

New senior vice president Tom Valdiserri brings more than 25 years of sports marketing experience.

Tom Valdiserri has joined KemperSports as senior vice president. Valdiserri will assume oversight responsibility for the sports marketing, public relations and event management businesses for both KemperSports and its public relations subsidiary, KemperLesnik.

 

Valdiserri, who joins KemperSports after serving as senior vice president of entertainment and sports marketing for The Marketing Company, brings more than 25 years of sports marketing experience to his new assignment. He will spearhead the expansion of KemperSports’ marketing and events portfolio which includes Wilson Golf and the EA SPORTS Maui Invitational, the nation’s premier early-season college basketball tournament, and The Art of Food and Wine Palm Desert, a unique four-day celebration attracting thousands of art and culinary enthusiasts. Valdiserri will also build on activities hosted at KemperSports golf properties, including The 2009 Presidents Cup at Harding Park and the 2015 U.S. Open at Chambers Bay.
