Forewinds Hospitality, new owner of Inniscrone Golf Club in Avondale, Pa., is rolling out the red carpet and inviting the public to attend Community Day at Inniscrone Golf Club, Sunday, May 21.
The whole family is encouraged to come out from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for free golf clinics, complimentary tee times available on a first-come first-served basis from 1 1a.m. to 2 p.m. (call 610-268-8200 for tee times), free hot dogs and soft drinks, demonstrations of the latest golf products, contests and drawings for free memberships, other prizes and activities for the kids. WJBR FM will broadcast live from the event with the station's mascot, J. Bear, in attendance to entertain the kids from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The Inniscrone Community Day is being jointly sponsored with the course by Traditions at Inniscrone by Cannon Homes. Cannon Homes will have representatives on hand all day during community day to answer questions and discuss the unique advantages of becoming a Traditions Home Owner, including special rates on Inniscrone Golf Club Memberships.
Located approximately 20 minutes outside of both Philadelphia, Pa., and Wilmington, Del., and just 10 minutes from its sister property Hartefeld National, Inniscrone Golf Club is a public, daily fee facility featuring an 18-hole championship course designed by Gil Hanse.
