Grubb & Ellis Co., a real estate services and investment management firm, announced that Homestead NW, a Washington-based home developer, purchased Desert Canyon Golf Resort, an 18-Hole championship golf Club in Orondo, Wash. from GE Credit Equities. The sale price was not disclosed.
Ken Arimitsu, senior vice president, and Eric Lambiase, senior vice president, with Grubb & Ellis’ Golf Properties Group in Newport Beach, Calif. and Tim Smith, senior associate with Grubb & Ellis’ Seattle office, represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
