Kevin H. Hargrave, design associate for Keith Foster Golf Course Design for the past nine years, has secured two jobs. This past January, in conjunction with his continued work with Keith Foster, Hargrave began to venture out and pursue jobs under his own company name.

Renovation of the 18-hole, 6,756 yard, par-72 Chattahoochee Golf Course, originally built in 1959 by Robert Trent Jones Sr., will begin in January 2006.
According to Hargrave, design work has begun with construction plans scheduled to be complete by late October.
“The renovation will preserve the characteristics and style of the original design and will include renovating all greens, tees and bunkers with slight hole shifts in an effort to create room and improve upon playability,” he says.
It is also in the plans to install new concrete cart paths from tee to green.
Local golf course contractor Course Crafters will handle the construction.
Hargrave has been retained by the Winchester Country Club to develop a master plan for course improvements. Design work will begin in early June, with its completion expected by late August.
