Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, announces that the Greg Norman Signature Golf Course at Jupiter Country Club will open to members on Thursday, Nov. 1. Among one of the area’s newest golf course communities, Jupiter Country Club is situated just west of Florida’s Turnpike on Indiantown Road in northern Palm Beach County.

“The golf course is the centerpiece of our new community, and we’re excited to open it up for play,” said pro manager Matt Wilson. “Our members are eagerly awaiting the day they can play this beautiful, 18-hole course. We can’t wait to present them with a course that is sure to distinguish itself as one of the area’s best.”
Incorporating nature preserves and more than a dozen lakes into its design, mitigated wetlands also add to the overall native character of the golf course, with large wetland preserves in the center of the course. The course features generous fairways defined by large, sweeping bunkers. Orange coquina shell waste bunkers add definition and character to several holes. Landscaping draws from local native plant communities including Pine Flatwoods, Oak Hammock and Sabal Palm Hammock.
“Toll Brothers serves a sophisticated market that knows the difference between a great course and a mediocre one,” Wilson pointed out. “Greg Norman’s experience as a professional golfer and his design experience on some of the world’s best courses has enabled him to create this exceptional golf course.”
Early in the project, Norman said, “There’s nothing better than designing a course in your own backyard and putting your signature on a property like Toll Brothers’ Jupiter Country Club. Our design team and Toll Brothers have done a good job of working together to create something great.”
Continuing, Norman added, “Designing the course was dictated by what the environmentally sensitive areas of the site were, and making sure the course is compatible with Toll Brothers’ land plan. In this case, this involved maximizing the value of the home sites.”
Established in 1987 in Sydney, Australia, Greg Norman Golf Course Design is headquartered in Jupiter. The company has grown into one of the leading golf course design companies in the world, with completed or ongoing projects on five continents.
“Jupiter Country Club is really taking shape. Along with the golf course, there are eight designer-furnished model homes open, and many homebuyers have already moved into their single-family luxury homes. As for the townhomes, the models will open to the public February 16 and 17,” said Toll Brothers Assistant Vice President Clay Cameron.
Upon completion, Jupiter Country Club will feature 362 detached single-family luxury homes and approximately 166 attached, two- and three-story townhomes. The impressive entrance features a manned guardhouse and an immaculately landscaped boulevard leading to the various neighborhoods. Furthermore, all home sites have lake, preserve or golf course views.
Twelve distinctive one- and two-story estate homes range from 2,765 to 5,675 square feet under air and include a swimming pool. Prices are from $1 million to over $1.5 million. The townhomes – a carefree living alternative – range from 2,281 to 3,326 square feet, with prices from the low $600,000s.
Other planned community amenities include a private, fully amenitized Grande Clubhouse and a separate health and fitness center. Full Membership is included with the purchase of a single-family home. Townhomes owners receive a Club Membership and may acquire a Full Membership, based upon availability.
