Green Resource of Colfax, N.C., acquired the assets, equipment, inventory and 33,600 square feet of leased warehouse and office space of GroGreen Solutions, a Charlotte-based company. The company’s owner and all of its employees will join Green Resource. The terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.
“We are simply following our long-term strategic plan to grow our core business, both organically and by acquisition.” Says Jonathan Annas, a Green Resource principal. GroGreen did business in the green, erosion control and agriculture industries. “In this instance, we have combined our resources, to increase our customer base and leverage our economies of scale.”
