Graves Golf Club, a new 6-hole golf course and spacious practice facility in Edmond, Oklahoma, has opened for its inaugural spring season.

Owned and operated by renowned golf instructors Tim and Todd Graves, the club is dedicated to teaching the single-plane swing, a method popularized by the legendary Moe Norman. In keeping with the straightforward nature of their swing philosophy, Smyers Craig Coyne Design crafted a golf course characterized by striking geometric features and distinctive rectangular bunkering. Players can enjoy a full 18-hole experience by playing the course three times, resulting in a par 70-layout spanning 6,578 yards.

Colton Craig, a partner at SCC, has relocated his full-time residence to the Graves Golf Club property. His new home places his front door conveniently close to the practice area. “Now he has no excuses to get better!” joked Steve Smyers, one of Craig’s SCC partners.

The 6-hole layout and practice facility are located on the site of the former Coffee Creek Golf Course, which closed in 2017.
