GPS Industries, owner of golf-related GPS (global positioning system) technology patents in fifteen countries worldwide, today announced that it has filed a lawsuit in Dallas Federal Court alleging infringement of U.S. Patent No. 5,364,093 against: Altex Corporation; DECA International Corp.; GolfLogix, Inc.; GPS Golf Pro, LLC; GPS Technologies, Inc.; Intelligolf LLC; L1 Technologies, Inc.; Links Point, Inc.; SkyHawke Technologies, Inc.; and Tee2Green Technologies, Pty Ltd.
GPS Industries, Inc. will seek both preliminary and permanent injunctions against one or more of the defendants.
