Grigg Brothers announced the hiring of Gordon L. Kauffmann III, Ph.D. Kauffman will be coordinating university and independent research trials and new product development primarily in the Northeastern United States. He will also serve as the Technical Sales Representative for the state of Florida and the Northeast.

Kauffman earned his degrees from Pennsylvania State University: his Bachelor's degree in turfgrass management, and both his Master's and Ph.D. in Agronomy.
Prior to joining Grigg Brothers, Kauffman was contracted by Syngenta Crop Protection working as a field technical and sales support specialist in the Northeast. His prior experiences include: consultant to companies developing turfgrass management programs, lawn service supervisor and service technician, and golf course maintenance. He has teaching experience and has authored numerous articles and publications and given presentations around the country.
Kauffman and his wife live in State College, Pa.
