Golf Channel names official eyewear

Overland Park, Kansas – PeakVision Sports, maker of sunglasses designed specifically for golfers, was selected as the official eyewear of The Golf Channel Viewers Cup Championships.

Played July 28 through 31 at Pinehurst Resort in North Carolina, the Viewers Cup Championships pitted Golf Channel viewers against the ladies of the Big Break III on Pinehurst’s No. 2, 4 and 8 courses. The 54-hole event was emceed and anchored by Golf Channel personalities Kelly Tilghman and Vince Cellini, and select segments of the competition were broadcast throughout the week.

Participants were outfitted with PeakVision’s seven-model line of high-performance sunglasses, including the company’s recently introduced Cyber, Slam and Spin models.
