Golf car maker sponsors NASCAR event

Craftsman Truck Series event provides E-Z-GO a good marketing opportunity.

Golf cars and utility vehicle manufacturer E-Z-GO is partnering with Atlanta Motor Speedway and NASCAR to present the E-Z-GO 200 on Saturday, Oct. 25.

 

The 130-lap event is one of four remaining races to decide the 2008 winner of the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. E-Z-GO seized the opportunity to present the race as part of an ongoing effort to extend consumer awareness of the company’s line of personal-utility vehicles. In addition to its business-to-business marketing of fleet golf cars, turf-maintenance vehicles and personnel carriers to the golf and resort industries, E-Z-GO also markets vehicles to consumers via a largest network of 600 dealer locations nationwide.
