Rochester, N.Y. – Rochester-based Quality Protection Systems, provider of Course Alert Siren Systems will introduce its new modular design, the Course Alert III, an automated siren and switching interface, at the Golf Industry Show in Atlanta.
The Course Alert III introduces a state-of-the-art modular design to assist golf course superintendents, managers and pros with weather related decision-making.
When storms threaten, Course Alert III notifies patrons and employees while automated switching disconnects sensitive equipment to protect from lightning damage. Course Alert III is fully configurable for specific needs unique to each golf course.
Building from its experience with more than 1,100 automated siren systems tied to onsite lightning detector(s), the company’s new Course Alert III focuses on three key elements: more flexibility on where and how systems are installed; more flexibility on what inputs the customer can include in the decision process; and how the customer converts the systems output into a process that best supports their operation.
“Golf course managers have a lot more choices today,” states Marcus McGee president of Quality Protection Systems. “Our goal was to recognize this and offer a solution that ensures seamless compatibility designed around the clients preferences, and to ensure that an investment with us will accommodate existing systems and emerging technologies – now and in the future.”
