Golf Ventures and Golf Ventures West, part of Meadowbrook Golf, were recognized at this year’s Golf Industry Show in Orlando for exemplary sales and service by three leading golf industry manufacturers. “Golf Ventures and Golf Ventures West deliver a full line of equipment and turf-care products to the industry then follow up with each and every customer offering dedicated service and agronomic support,” says Ron Jackson, CEO of Meadowbrook Golf. “Our entire team couldn’t be more proud of this recognition.”
Golf Ventures was honored with the prestigious Jacobsen 2010 Dealer of the Year Award for North America. The award was presented at the Jacobsen Annual Dealer Meeting held in conjunction with the Golf Industry Show.
“The annual Jacobsen Dealer Awards recognize both dealers and individuals who go above and beyond to deliver upon our hard-won reputation for outstanding service, and each of these recipients has done an exceptional job of that over the past year,” says Jacobsen President Dan Wilkinson.
Golf Ventures has been a Jacobsen dealer for 16 years. The award was presented to Golf Ventures Executive Vice President Walt McMahon.
Golf Ventures West was honored by two leading manufacturers: Smithco, makers of golf course maintenance equipment and professional turf products, and Foley United, makers of specialty grinding equipment for the golf maintenance industry.
Smithco awarded the company its Dealer of the Year Award at their annual dealer meeting at ChampionsGate Golf Club during the Golf Industry Show.
Foley United recognized Golf Ventures West with “Sincere Appreciation for Extraordinary Effort During a Time of Extraordinary Circumstances” for 2010. Specifically, Foley United acknowledged the company’s hard work conducting product demonstrations, holding service seminars, and helping Foley expand its market reach in California.
