Who’s blog is bloggiest? Who’s Tweets are sweetest? Who’s videos are worthy of the GoPro hall of fame? Who will receive the granddaddy of them all…the Kaminski Award?
The world will find out on Wednesday, February 5 at 3 p.m. when the winners of the 2014 GCI Super Savvy Social Media Awards are announced at the GIS in Orlando. Once again, our partners at Aquatrols are hosting the awards presenting and sponsoring the GCI TweetUp ’14 event in their booth (#1013).
But before those festivities can begin, we have to select the best of the best to honor. So, we’re looking for your

nominations for us to consider this year. Feel free to nominate yourself or any friend/tweep you think has demonstrated excellence in one of these general categories:
- Best Use of Twitter
- Best Use of Facebook
- Best Overall Social Media Strategy
- Best Video or Other Multimedia Production
- John Kaminski Award for Social Media Leadership
Superintendents and other turfheads are eligible along with academics, consultants, non-profit groups, students and other non-commercial industry participants.
Nominations should include a brief statement specifying how the candidate has excelled in one or more categories and links to the appropriate examples.
