Club Car names new VP

Jason Goldberg to lead aftermarket parts and services.

Club Car named Jason Goldberg vice president of Aftermarket Parts and Services. Goldberg, who joined Club Car in 2008, was director of Product Strategy.

In the newly created position, Goldberg, a native of Augusta, will lead the strategy and execution of Club Car’s aftermarket parts and services business. Goldberg’s appointment signifies a greater emphasis on this area of the company’s business, according to Marc Dufour, Club Car’s president and CEO.

“We are making a significant commitment to aftermarket parts and services to improve delivery times and material availability as well as to introduce new parts and accessory choices for customers,” Dufour said. “Jason’s background and experience make him well suited to lead this important part of the Club Car business.”

Before joining Club Car, Goldberg was general manager of Demand Planning for Delta Air Lines.

Goldberg is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a degree in mechanical engineering. He received a master of business administration degree from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Goldberg serves on the board of directors of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce and is executive sponsor for Club Car’s United Way campaign.
