SePRO Corp. has completed final transactions in the acquisition of Tessenderlo Kerley Inc.'s (TKI) aquatic herbicide business. The transaction includes product registration, trade names and other related business assets for the active ingredient fluridone, used extensively in the U.S. aquatics market.
The business has been managed by TKI's crop protection business unit, NovaSource, which provides crop protection soutions for niche agricultural markets globally.
