Turf Max LLC launches its second product to its Professional Turf Products line for golf course superintendents. Turf Screen Dormant is designed to promote improved turf quality and enhanced color on semi-dormant or dormant turf. It will be available in the United States September 24, 2012.
Turf Screen Dormant is the only pigmented product on the market formulated with Advanced Pigment Technology: a unique blend of green pigment, titanium dioxide and zinc oxide designed to improve turf appearance and quality, provide exceptionally long-lasting color and protect turf from UVB radiation. Turf Screen Dormant is the most affordable turf colorant available, enabling superintendents to affordably enhance the quality and color of large acreages.
In addition to enhancing turf quality and color, protecting against UVB radiation and improving plant health, Turf Screen Dormant can mask turf injury from phytotoxicity, create uniform turf color, and increase the efficacy of pesticides. Turf Screen Dormant may also be used as a spray pattern indicator.
“We are very excited for the arrival of Turf Screen Dormant and are confident superintendents will appreciate its versatility, affordability and overall effectiveness. This is the second product in our portfolio and is consistent with our goal toward providing golf course superintendents with the most innovative, high quality and cost effective products on the market,” says Scott May, President.
Since 2009 Turf Max LLC has been dedicated to providing golf course superintendents with affordable, effective, common sense solutions to improve golf course maintenance programs. We continuously research new technologies, products and chemistries designed to enhance our professional turf product line.
