Cleary Chemical announces a FIFRA 2ee Recommendation for the use of Torque Fungicide in the preventative and curative management of Fairy Ring caused by various Basidiomycete fungi. Previous research conducted by Dr. Lee Miller and Dr. Lane Tredway at North Carolina State University indicates that preventative applications of Tebuconazole timed with soil temperature cues are effective in the management of fairy ring. This 2ee recommendation has been submitted to all states where Torque is currently registered.
TORQUE Fungicide received EPA acceptance in April 28, 2010, and represents the first Tebuconazole formulation labeled for turf and ornamental uses. This new, easy mixing water based suspension formula, contains 3.6 lb AI/gallon and provides highly effective and long lasting disease management.
For addition information and directions for this use, please download the 2ee recommendation from the Cleary web page at www.clearychemical.com or contact you local Cleary representative for a copy of this new document.
