The Auburn Hills public golf course is closed Thursday after suffering extensive hail storm damage. Hail stones left about a thousand holes on the course, including the 18 greens, three practice greens, and a nursery.
"This is the the first hail damage we've really had this bad out here and I've been with the city since 94. It's probably the worst I've seen," said Ron Mosher, Wichita Golf Course Superintendent.
