Sequoia Golf acquires three private golf and country clubs

The three clubs are all located in the North Atlanta metro area.

Joe Guerra, president and CEO of Sequoia Golf, announced today the acquisition of three premium private golf and country clubs in the North Atlanta metro area: Atlanta National Golf Club, Polo Golf & Country Club and White Columns Country Club. Further positioning its leadership in the premium private club space, Sequoia has also entered into a long-term 20-year lease with Old Ranch Country Club in Seal Beach, Calif. Sequoia’s addition of these four newly acquired clubs establishes a premium private club focus for the company in the Atlanta area, as well as expands its presence in Southern California.

“We look forward to enhancing the member experience at Atlanta National Golf Club, Polo Golf & Country Club, White Columns Country Club, and Old Ranch Country Club,” said Guerra. “Through an initial$4.5 million investment in capital resources, we plan to substantially improve the overall theme, feel and exclusivity of these great clubs with an intent focus on membership satisfaction and service.”
