Billy Casper Golf (BCG) – owner and operator of more than 140 golf courses, country clubs and resorts – has promoted Mike Cutler to Senior Vice President of Business Development and Joel Gohlmann to Senior Vice President of Operations.
Cutler excels creating ways golf-course owners realize greater financial returns through BCG operation of their properties. A 17-year company veteran, he was Director of Golf at Centennial Golf Course (Oak Ridge, TN) before being promoted to Southeast Regional Manager over eight courses and then Vice President of Business Development in 2007.
Gohlmann now holds responsibility for BCG-managed courses in the Northeast in addition to the Mid-Atlantic. He joined BCG in 2005 as Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager before being promoted to Vice President of Operations, guiding client relations, staffing, budgeting and business planning, marketing, agronomy and portfolio growth.
“Billy Casper Golf identifies talented professionals, provides them with tools to succeed and promotes from within,” says Peter Hill, Chairman and CEO of BCG. “Mike and Joel are longtime shining examples of our corporate values and are rewarded for impacting results in a meaningful manner.”
BCG directs all aspects of golf course and property maintenance, staffing and training, clubhouse operations, food-and-beverage, merchandising, golf instruction, marketing and public relations, special events and financial management.
