Phoenix-UPI announces purchase incentive program

Combines necessary turf products with iPad convenience.

Phoenix-UPI announces a new Purchase Incentive program for purchases made by Superintendents between July 1 and September 30, 2012.  The “Bare Necessities” program covers a range of products essential to healthy turfgrass management and offers an Apple® iPad® as a reward.  Apple iPads are considered by many Supers to be a necessary element in planning successful turf management programs, as necessary as the key fungicides, herbicides and insecticides they’ve come to rely on.

To participate, Phoenix brand purchases must total $6,500, selected from eight qualifying products and a minimum of three active ingredients.  Superintendents can select from three Apple product options:  Apple iPad 64G with Wi-Fi; Apple iPad 32G with Wi-Fi + Cellular; or a $500 Apple gift card.

Phoenix products within the promotion include five fungicides products: Pegasus DFX and Pegasus HPX (chlorothalonil), Skylark (tebuconazole), Raven (iprodione), and Viceroy (fosetyl-al plus pigment); herbicide, Thrasher (ethofumesate); and an insecticide, Hawk-I (imidacloprid).  Proof of purchase must be postmarked by November 15, 2012.
