Battsix Systems started in June 2011 with one product and a Provisional Patent. The company designs and manufactures “State of the Art” Battery Monitoring systems for Golf Cars and NEV’s. The first product was the BattSix iPhone Module and Free iPhone Application. This product uses its Battery Harness to connect 7 simple color coded connections from the Cars Battery Pack to the BattSix Module. The Module will send via Bluetooth to any iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch the Individual and Total Battery Voltages and computed State of Charge to the brilliant graphical application on the iPhone. It boasts several unique features such as:
Automatic Temperature Compensation: Automatically adjusts the Voltages to a temperature of 76 degrees, so the voltages are temperature compensated.
Real Time Load Test: In the event a Battery Voltage or SOC is lower in relation to the others you may have a Battery problem. Simply start the Car and drive it putting a load on the Pack and in the event there is a problem Battery, its SOC will drop off faster in relation to the others.
Gentle Pack Balance: This feature will automatically balance the pack over time. The way this is done is the module runs off a built-in lithium battery which requires a small amount of power occasionally to charge it. The power is automatically taken from the Battery with the highest Voltage at the time. Over time this will balance the pack.
Microprocessor Controlled System: The module is Microprocessor controlled and uses highly accurate optical sensors are used to measure the voltages which are .001 Volt accurate.
Since mid 2011 BattSix Systems now has 5 Products which have been developed, manufactured and field tested over the last 2 years. The other products are a Bluetooth System for the Android Smartphones, a Dash Display System which is extremely popular with GEM NEV owners, the BattSix-PRO which is for fleet maintenance and the Batt-8-PRO just released for Battery monitoring of (8) Battery 48 volt Cars such as the Club Car, Star Car, E-Ride, Tomberline and the like.
BattSix Systems is under financed, has NO debt, has an OEM Private Label Account (US Battery Manufacturing Company Inc.) who is selling the systems under their “SOC” label. We have a United States Patent Pending which covers the technology. We are seeking a financial partner, Co-Owner or the like to further the company’s R&D and production and marketing efforts.
