Miller Management Associates, Inc., a golf course consulting and brokerage firm licensed in NC, SC, and TN, announced it's fourth course transaction in five months with the closing of Sleepy Creek Golf Club in Dudley, NC, south of Raleigh. Rose Golf Management added Sleepy Creek as the second course to it's portfolio in that region.
Earlier this year, MMA Golf sold Whispering Woods GC in Pinehurst, to Warrior Custom Golf of Irvine, Calif., leased Saddle Creek Golf Club near Nashville, TN to newly formed Paramount Golf Partners, and also closed on Asheboro CC in Asheboro, N.C. Brett Miller, President of MMA Golf states, "we have seen a significant increase of inquiries looking to invest in golf facilities, especially in the way of leasing or owner finance."
Many prospects are also interested in the Southeast region as the economy rebounds and many companies choose to relocate their businesses to the South."
