| Billy Casper Golf (BCG) has been selected to manage Harbour Pointe Golf Course, part of the Fairfield Harbour resort and residential community in coastal New Bern, N.C., just west of the iconic Outer Banks. The engagement increases BCG’s portfolio to 15 courses in the Mid-Atlantic region. BCG will oversee all aspects of the Harbour Pointe operation, including golf course and property maintenance, sales, marketing and public relations, staffing and training, merchandising, restaurant and banquet activities, financial management, golf instruction and special events. Fairfield Harbour is one of the premier residential and resort communities in eastern North Carolina with 1,300 single family homes, condominiums, town homes and time shares. BCG will enroll Harbour Pointe in the Audubon International “Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary” program, ensuring high standards protecting the environment and preserving the natural heritage of golf.
