SipcamAdvan further strengthens its support of the golf course industry by pursuing and securing a reduced signal word for Echo Ultimate –a key chlorothalonil formulation for use in turf disease management.
The more favorable signal word of Warning, which supersedes the previous signal word Danger, supports the redeeming qualities of Chlorothalonil as a highly effective and long residual contact fungicide for golf course superintendents. The expanded efforts and resources in the continued support of the Echo brand of products signal the ongoing dedication of SipcamAdvan to the golf course industry.
“SipcamAdvan is excited to announce this change of signal word,” said George Furrer, National Marketing Manager. “This favorable decision confirms the commitment of SipcamAdvan to the industry and its Echo brands and further validates the lasting value of chlorothalonil in turf, ornamental and agriculture plant protection.” The SipcamAdvan labels and packaging for Echo Ultimate have been amended to reflect this change and all new product will be have the WARNING signal word.
SipcamAdvan utilizes a distribution-focused strategy to provide conventional and biorational products to the agriculture, turf and ornamental, home and garden and pest management markets in the U.S. and Mexico. The company is headquartered in Durham, North Carolina, and is owned by the Sipcam/Oxon Group, an Italian company known for its formulation and manufacturing expertise.
