Billy Casper Golf (BCG) – owner and operator of more than 115 golf courses in 26 states – has earned a contract renewal at Twin Bridges Golf Club in Gadsden, AL, roughly one hour northeast of Birmingham.
Since its inception, BCG has managed course and property maintenance, staffing and training, clubhouse operations, food and beverage, merchandising, golf instruction, marketing and public relations, special events and financial affairs at Twin Bridges.
Instituting an intensive, home-grown training program for Twin Bridges staff, BCG ensures golfers memorable experiences. In addition, Twin Bridges is enrolled in The Audubon's Silver Signature Sanctuary Program that successfully integrates natural-resources and conservation with economic progress and community education. The course is among a select few golf courses in the world to earn this esteemed designation.
“The ultimate sign of a job well done is earning a contract extension,” says Peter Hill, Chairman and CEO of BCG. “At Twin Bridges and all Billy Casper Golf facilities, guest services, course conditions and other amenities help win golfers’ loyalties.”
Operating daily-fee, semi-private, private and resort golf properties for public-agency and private owners, developers and investors, BCG enjoys a client renewal rate of roughly 95 percent.
