Reinders salesman receives top Toro award

Derek Kastenschmidt, SCPS, of Reinders, Inc., Milwaukee, Wis., received Toro’s highest award, 2010 Master Salesperson of the Year at Toro’s recent distributor meeting in Orlando, Fla.   The award recognizes his accomplishments in customer-focused sales and service programs in the turf equipment market. 

This prestigious honor is given to an individual who has provided sales & service excellence that brings value to their customers.  Recipients must be active in industry organizations and leaders in their markets. “Derek’s customers describe him as honest, reliable, dependable, expert, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly,” said Jim Heinze, CSE, Director of Sales and Training for Toro’s commercial business.  “He has an attitude that says service, service and more service, and every customer is treated honestly and fairly.”
