Chairman and CEO Peter Hill to serve a 2-year term

Billy Casper Golf (BCG) Chairman and CEO Peter Hill was elected to the Board of Directors of the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) at the organization’s recent annual meeting.

Hill will serve a two-year term on a 20-member board that provides oversight for NGCOA, its local, state and national chapters, and international affiliates representing a membership of more than 6,000 facilities and a voice for more than 18,000 golf-course owners and operators.

Hill’s influence on the golf industry is widely recognized:

  • Named No. 5 “Most Powerful Person in Golf” by Golf Inc.
  • A member of the PGA of America’s National Employment Council
  • A member of the Board of Directors of the National Golf Foundation
  • A key executive championing the golf industry to members of Congress during National Golf Day

Co-founding BCG in 1989 with business partner Robert Morris and PGA Tour legend Billy Casper, Hill directs BCG’s turnkey ownership, lease and third-party management of more than 110 golf courses, country clubs and resorts in 26 states and internationally.  Under his steady guidance, BCG holds the second largest domestic course portfolio.
