Flowtronex, a division of ITT Corporation that provides efficient pumping systems for golf courses, landscapes, sporting fields and other venues, launched its Sustainable Savings Program today to provide quality water pump and budget options for customers. The year-long program enables golf course superintendents to maintain high-quality irrigation pump systems and update aging infrastructure with an exclusive financing program.
"The program is unprecedented in the golf course management industry, creating a unique opportunity for superintendents to upgrade current pumping systems without placing a strain on finances," said Boyd Rose, business manager, turf irrigation, Flowtronex.
The Sustainable Savings Program helps golf course owners and operators purchase a primary pump system component when a full system purchase is not possible due to budgetary limitations. The life of an existing system is extended until a complete system can be implemented.
Prospective customers can visit www.flowtronex.net/sustainablesavings to access an online tool that illustrates potential energy and operational savings to be gained from program participation.
"We recognize that the current economic climate is tightening golf course management budgets while placing pressure on superintendents to maintain a high-quality golfing experience for end-users," said Rose. "The Sustainable Savings Program will help superintendents focus on providing the best service for their customers in a cost-effective way."
Participants are given three years to purchase a new pump system, at which time the component will be removed from the old system and applied to the new system. Upon installation of the complete system, the warranty for the original component is reinstated as new.
To qualify for the program, customers must purchase a primary component replacement, including motors, control panels or full pump and head. Component installation is coordinated by FlowNet technicians, who are authorized to service Flowtronex pumping systems.
