Grubb & Ellis Co., a real estate services and investment management firm, announced that FX Global Investment, an investment firm based in South Korea, purchased Trilogy Golf Club at Glen Ivy, an 18-hole golf course in Corona. The sale price was not disclosed. The course, which opened for play in 2002, was sold by Shea Homes.

Trilogy Golf Club at Glen Ivy is located at 24440 Trilogy Parkway. Designed by renowned golf course architect Ted Robinson, it features 6,673 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72.
