Former g.m. buys Indian Springs

CB Richard Ellis’ Golf & Resort Properties Group sold Indian Springs Golf & Country Club to the club’s former general manager, Neil Finch. The club’s developer, Roger Snellenberger, was represented by CB Richard Ellis in the sale. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The semi-private Indian Springs is located in Indio, Calif., near Palm Springs. The golf course at Indian Springs was completely redesigned in 2000 with the addition of a 13,000-square-foot clubhouse in 2004.
