Naples, Fla. – The Golf Club at Fiddler’s Creek has appointed John Calabria as director of golf membership sales. Calabria will oversee the sales and marketing of all golf memberships. In addition, Calabria will serve as Fiddler’s Creek’s touring pro and ambassador of golf, representing the club as he continues his competition schedule. Calabria has played in several U.S. and U.S. Senior Opens, PGA and Senior PGA Championships and Senior British Opens.
“We are pleased to welcome John Calabria to our team at The Golf Club at Fiddler’s Creek,” says Aubrey Ferrao, president and c.e.o. of Gulf Bay Group of Companies. “Not only is he a talented golf professional, he is highly knowledgeable in the game of golf and in what discerning players are looking for in their golfing and golf club experiences. He will certainly enhance the Club’s sales and marketing program and be an outstanding representative for us in various tournaments throughout the year.”
With extensive golf club experience, Calabria has worked in the Naples area for more than a decade. Prior to joining The Golf Club at Fiddler’s Creek, he served as the director of golf membership sales for the Tuscany Reserve Golf Club, as well as serving as the director of golf operations and membership sales for Naples National Golf Club.
