With an ever-expanding emphasis on the golf market in the Northwest, Ewing Irrigation, Golf & Industrial appointed Tim Lambert as the golf irrigation sales manager for Oregon and Washington. Lambert is responsible for boosting Ewing’s brand recognition in the Northwest while increasing golf sales and profitability.
Lambert is no stranger to golf professionals in the Northwest. Prior to joining Ewing, Lambert worked for Rain Bird’s Golf Division as Northwest district sales manager. During his 8 year tenure, he created pricing strategies for all project quotes, trained distributor personnel, and delivered presentations to key project decision makers. Though sales minded, he was driven by building and maintaining strong relationships with golf course owners, architects, irrigation consultants, builders and management companies.
“Over the last 8 years, I have had the opportunity to familiarize myself with this market and have gotten to know many of the key players,” Lambert said. “Now that I am established in a market that I love, I have joined a great company that takes good care of their employees and is an all-around class act. This was a natural progression for me.”
