Dye Designs will build its first golf course in India. The Royal Polo Golf and Spa Resort will be located between New Delhi and Jaipur and spread over 220 acres.
It will feature an 18-hole Perry Dye design, polo fields, stables and a state-of-the-art spa. The property will also have 60-80 luxury villas and a beautiful Claridges Hotel and Resort. The project is scheduled to open in late 2011.
"There is no doubt that India is the future of development," said Perry Dye, golf course architect. "To a be part of growing the game of golf here is a great privilege for Dye."
