Dixie Chopper released the Silver Eagle Stand-on zero-turn mower at Equip Expo in Louisville, Kentucky.
The Silver Eagle Stand-on is a new commercial stand-on series designed for the commercial contractor. This new mower comes equipped with a 27 horsepower Kawasaki FX engine and a robust pump and wheel motor drive system. The PK pumps from Hydro-Gear float with the engine and deck to ensure belt tension stays constant.
“We are very excited to launch the Silver Eagle Stand-on to our dealers and customers,” Dixie Chopper national sales manager Adam Smith said. “Dixie Chopper has needed a stand-on mower in our product line for years. This new model will unlock new opportunities to expand our dealer network and customer base.”
The Silver Eagle Stand-on features 48-inch, 54-inch and 60-inch deck options with a deep shell designed to handle more volume while ensuring cut quality and discharge performance. The Peer deck spindles are maintenance-free and constructed with a ductile-iron housing for maximum strength and longevity.
Operator comfort is found throughout the design of the machine with a plush bolstered pad for extra comfort, cushioned operator platform, and adjustable speed controls for operator preference.
“We are committed to listening to our customers.” Dixie Chopper president Lisa Tubbs said. “Our dealers have stressed to our team the importance of introducing a stand-on into our product line. The feedback from our dealers greatly influenced the design and features of this new model.”
The Silver Eagle Stand-on will begin shipping to dealers in 2025.
