Los Rios Country Club was sold to Addicks Family Trust.

Fairway Advisors announced the sale of Los Rios Country Club in Plano, Texas. The 18-hole, semi-private, championship golf course is located 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas. The course was owned by Los Rios Golf Course, LP, an affiliate of IRI Golf Group.
