KemperSports announced a partnership with The Country Club of New Hampshire to manage the historic 18-hole public golf course in North Sutton, New Hampshire. Located 45 miles northwest of Manchester, the course provides breathtaking views of Mt. Kearsage and the surrounding White Mountain National Forest.

“We are very excited for KemperSports to lead us into the future,” owner Zephi Friel said. “Their experience in operating some of the best public courses in the country and their significant knowledge of the New England golf market will be a tremendous benefit to the club.”

Built by William Mitchell and opened in 1957, the course has a long history as one of the finest public courses in the state. The par-72, 6,700-yard layout includes dramatic elevation changes with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and subtle green complexes throughout the classic layout.

“The Country Club of New Hampshire is classic historic golf design,” KemperSports CEO Steve Skinner said. “We look forward to working with ownership to build on its wonderful history while enhancing the experience for golfers.”

The Country Club of New Hampshire is KemperSports’ first property in the state of New Hampshire and its fifth course in New England. The company now operates more than 200 properties in 35 states.

KemperSports continues its strong start to 2025 including a recent announcement to partner with Touchstone Golf and add more than 40 properties to KemperSports’ growing portfolio of golf courses and sports venues. KemperSports also announced partnerships with four Morris County (Missouri) golf courses: Porto Cima Golf Club, Brickshire Golf Club, Palmilla Beach Golf and Swansea Country Club, all from the start of the year.
