“We are overwhelmed by the resort we have created and are so pleased with the 36-holes designed by Tom Kite and Bruce A. Besse, Jr.,” Jorge L. Diaz, executive vice president of Betteroads Asphalt Corp. says. “We thank everyone who has assisted us in creating this magnificent property and are excited to share our golf resort with our members, the guests of Paradisus Puerto Rico and the general public.”

The 36-holes at Coco Beach were designed as four different nines (the Mountain Course, the Ocean Course, the Lakes Course and the Palms Course) to provide golfers with four different experiences within one golf resort.

“From the initial design concept it has been a pleasure to work with Bruce Besse and the Diaz family on this spectacular project,” Kite says. “I’m confident that Coco Beach will undoubtedly take its place in history as a superlative world-class golf facility.”

Coco Beach Golf & Country Club includes a 36-hole layout with extensive practice facility and a 46,000 sq. ft. oceanfront Clubhouse complete with two restaurants (Paradise Bay Grill and Greens Lounge), men’s and women’s lockers and lounges and a golf shop. Future developments include a beach and pool club and an exclusive residential community.

Coco Beach Golf & Country Club is managed by Willowbend Golf Management.
