ClubCorp announced it entered into an agreement with Del Webb's Stone Creek community, part of the Pulte Homes family, in Ocala, Fla. ClubCorp will manage the community's 18-hole championship golf course and clubhouse, which is currently under construction and due to open in February and April 2008, respectively.
The golf course and club will be located in the guard-gated community of Stone Creek, one of the largest new Del Webb communities in the country with more than 4,000 homesites. An abundance of lakes will be integrated into the18-hole golf course and the clubhouse will offer members and guests fine dining facilities, meeting rooms, and a pro shop.

ClubCorp also manages Pulte Homes' Eagle's Ridge Golf Club and the Preserve Golf Club near Ocala, and will own and manage the soon-to-be-finished Applecross Country Club near Philadelphia.
