Celebration Golf Club will host the Fifth Annual Robert Gamez Celebrity Invitation Golf Tournament March 17 at Celebration Golf Club.
Gene Garrote, vice president of Celebration Golf Co., said the tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 9 a.m.
Garrote, a founding member of the Robert Gamez Celebrity Invitation Golf Tournament, said the annual event will accommodate more than 100 celebrity and amateur golfers.
Proceeds from the Robert Gamez Celebrity Invitation Golf Tournament will help fund children’s health and education efforts.
Among celebrities who have participated in the tournament in past years are Roger Clemmens, Hootie and the Blowfish, Gary Valentine, Davy Johnson and dozens of PGA tour members.
