Floratine Products Group has announced a new partnership with Growing Innovations, LLC, a leader and educator in natural grass management, to develop new products and services specifically for the sports turf industry.
This collaboration combines Floratine's product development and manufacturing capabilities with Growing Innovations’ expertise in grass maintenance to bring clients and distributors new and improved sports turf management programs.

Initial successes include the Ana-Lync Soil Analysis System for sports turf, which combines the standard acid extraction test with a water extraction/nutrient availability test, and Fight’s On, a recently launched soil-based product for improved cellular strength and stress and wear tolerance.

“We're extremely excited to be working with Growing Innovations," Floratine CEO Kevin Cavanaugh said. "This partnership will give Floratine additional expertise in the unique challenges and maintenance requirements of sports turf, and will help us provide better service to turf managers around the world.”
 
Growing Innovations founder Jerad Minnick will also be providing consulting and technical support to Floratine as a component of the partnership. “As someone who uses and stands by Floratine's products, we look forward to combining talents and delivering better sports turf management products and programs than ever before,” Minnick said.

Meet Clemson Hall of Famer Donnell Woolford, a former NFL standout with the Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears and Pittsburgh Steelers, during the Carolinas GCSA Show at Myrtle Beach.

Visitors to the Team PremierPRO Bermudagrass Booth #3201 on Nov. 17 and 18 will have the opportunity meet Woolford, get a picture taken and take home an autographed photo of the player who was raised in Fayetteville, N.C. Woolford, a two-time All-American at Clemson, was a first-round draft pick for the Bears in 1989. He earned Pro Bowl honors in 1993 and played for a decade in the NFL as a cornerback. 

Woolford is a proponent of natural grass for sports fields and is a member of Team PremierPRO Bermudagrass, endorsing the turfgrass variety for use on golf courses and sports fields.
