In an effort to promote tradition in the game of golf, Bolingbrook Golf Club announced that it will once again offer its guests the opportunity to utilize a caddie or forecaddie when they play golf at the facility this season. The caddies are available through advanced reservation.
The caddie program, which employs youths ages 13 and older, was successfully launched last season.
"We continue to focus on the delivery of best-in-class service," says Mike Williams, PGA head professional. "Our caddie program serves as another symbol of that commitment to excellence."
Caddies and forecaddies at Bolingbrook Golf Club are put through an extensive training program that focuses on guest service, golf etiquette and rules, and golf course knowledge. Most are junior high and high school-aged children from Bolingbrook and surrounding communities. Caddies may be requested up to 24 hours in advance of the tee time.
