AzaGuard EC is a 3 percent Azadirachtin formulated Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) offering broad spectrum insecticidal control on over 300 insect species. AzaGuard EC works to prevent molting between larval, pupal and nymphal stages while also repelling insects on treated crops, resulting in the reduction of insect damage to plants.
AzaGuard EC is a natural botanical pesticide derived from the extract of Neem seed and meets all of the criteria of the National Organic Program (NOP) for organic crop, turf and greenhouse production. Unlike other Azadiractin-based products, AzaGuard EC extract retains not only Azadirachtin but also related triterpenoids, making it a powerful natural pesticide over a broad range of pests.
AzaGuard EC’s natural formula does not induce any mutational resistance in the target pests and can be safely combined with the BioSafe Systems activated peroxide line of algaecides, fungicides and bactericides for a systems approach for total IPM disease control around crops and other treated areas.
AzaGuard EC is available in 32-ounce Tip N’ Pour containers providing precise measurement and also in a 1-gallon size for larger applications.
