It’s now easier than ever to find rewards and redeem points on the enhanced Accolades Web site from Bayer Environmental Science. Golf course superintendents and lawn care operators can track their point balance, review their account history, and browse from more than 4,000 rewards on BayerAccolades.com.
“Since Accolades is all about rewarding the turf managers for their loyalty, we wanted to make it as easy as possible for them to take advantage of the improved program,” says Matt Bradley, Accolades program manager for Bayer. “The user-friendly web site and extensive variety of rewards to choose from will appeal to all existing and future members.”
After soliciting feedback from customers, Bayer made changes necessary to improve the program. More than 4,000 new rewards have recently been added. Also, more categories and prizes will continue to become available.
Operating on the same concept as a traditional loyalty program, Bayer Accolades allows users to earn points toward rewards by purchasing products. Points are also earned by enrolling as a new member or participating in promotions announced on the site throughout the year.
Rewards range from association memberships to tools, mowers, sprayers and many more items to help grow a business. The more points turf managers accumulate the higher membership level they can achieve, including Accolades, Accolades Plus and Accolades Premium. With each new level, members increase reward possibilities and receive premier customer service.
