Bank of America sells Red Wolf Run Golf Club

Fairway Advisors, with its joint marketing partner, CDB Golf Properties, announces the sale of Red Wolf Run Golf Club in Huffman, Texas.

Dallas – Fairway Advisors, with its joint marketing partner, CDB Golf Properties, announces the sale of Red Wolf Run Golf Club in Huffman, Texas. The 18-hole, semi-private, championship golf course is located 30 minutes northeast of downtown Houston. Bank of America, N.A. owned the golf course.

The new owner of Red Wolf Run Golf Club is Antares Real Estate III, LLC. Antares is a division of Houston based Landco Development. The sales price was not disclosed.

 “The amount of investor interest in the sale was extremely diverse," says Jeff Davis, president of Fairway Advisors. "We received offers from individual investors, golf course owners and regional developers.”

Red Wolf Run Golf Club was designed by Jay Riviere and plays to 7,088 yards. The semiprivate golf course was opened in 1975. Red Wolf Run is the last of four golf courses to sell in 2006 which were represented by Fairway Advisors for Bank of America. The other courses are located in Florida.
