PGA Professional Craig Swidersky has been appointed Director of Golf at Bahía Beach Resort & Golf Club. Swidersky formally served as the Golf Project Manager for Bahia Beach before making the transition to Director of Golf.
Originally from New Jersey, Swidersky received his degree from Rutgers University and moved to Puerto Rico in 1991 to serve as Assistant Golf Professional at the new Arthur Hills course at El Conquistador Resort in Fajardo.
After returning to New Jersey to serve as Assistant Pro at Shore Oaks Country Club in Farmingdale, Swidersky came back to Puerto Rico and became Head Professional at El Conquistador Resort, followed by tenure at the Dorado Del Mar Golf Course and the original Bahía Beach Golf Course, which has since been completely redesigned by Robert Trent Jones II.

The resort will be built directly along the ocean and a new oceanfront Robert Trent Jones II golf course, with a backdrop of the mountainous El Yunque National Rainforest.
