Golf Genius Software and Arcis Golf announced that they have entered into a strategic partnership whereby Arcis will implement GGS tournament management software at 50 Arcis golf properties. Arcis Golf was launched in 2015 and currently owns and/or manages over 70 private clubs, daily fee, and municipal facilities.
As part of this relationship, Golf Genius will provide integration with Arcis' other software products, including club websites. By providing a consistent suite of software products to all Arcis properties, Arcis can guarantee a uniform and high quality experience for golfers and members.
One of Arcis' premier facilities is TPC Snoqualmie Ridge in Washington, which implemented Golf Genius in 2015 with great results in reducing work for the golf staff while improving the player experience and generating incremental revenue through Golf Genius’ live scoring, mobile apps, event websites and a wide range of sponsorship opportunities on TV leaderboards.
"TPC Snoqualmie Ridge embraced Golf Genius as our tournament management platform, and it provided everything that we needed for member events, leagues, and outings,” said James Hochrine, director of golf. “We hold more than 50 outings per year, and our ability to generate more revenue from these outings and deliver a better player experience was a huge win for us last year."
"After seeing the proven success of Golf Genius at TPC Snoqualmie Ridge, it made sense to standardize on this software across all Arcis Golf facilities, both private and public,” Arcis Golf COO Jim Oliver said. “Golf Genius demonstrated its ability and commitment to interact with our other software providers to deliver a clean, unified experience to our members and guests.”
Michael Zisman, CEO of Golf Genius Software, added, "We're delighted to deliver a comprehensive solution to Arcis Golf facilities, whether private, daily fee, or municipal. Our commitment to less work for golf professionals, more fun for golfers, and more revenue for operators is applicable to all three types of facilities."
