Soil Scout announced the launch of its Extended Lifetime Warranty, providing customers with long-term warranty coverage of up to 10 years for Soil Scout’s underground sensing system.
The warranty is available to both new and existing Soil Scout customers and reflects the expected operational lifetime of the company’s technology, subject to defined eligibility requirements.
While much of the market is built around seasonal replacement cycles, Soil Scout develops underground systems intended to perform reliably over many years of continuous use.
“Very few technology companies are willing to guarantee their products for a decade,” Soil Scout CEO Jalmari Talola said. “We are. That’s because we know our sensors are built to last. This warranty is not a marketing promise — it is a reflection of the product quality that sets Soil Scout apart from the rest of the market.”
The Extended Lifetime Warranty provides coverage of up to 10 years, provided eligibility requirements are continuously met.
The warranty applies to the following Soil Scout products:
- Hydra100 Sensor
- Happi100 Sensor
- Dual Depth Sensor (DDS)
- Base Station
- Echo Repeater
All covered products share the same maximum warranty period and are aligned with the expected technical lifespan of the Soil Scout system. Full details are defined in the official Warranty Terms & Conditions.
The Extended Lifetime Warranty is available immediately for deployments of five (5) or more active Soil Scout sensors, provided eligibility requirements are maintained.
Customers can activate coverage by registering their organization and field contact details through their Soil Scout account. Full terms and conditions are available in the official warranty documentation.
